Customer Experience Manager Eagle Partnership Baton Rouge, LA 70816 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service, Business Operations, and Event Coordination. This role involves planning and managing events, ensuring smooth execution and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead the development of sales initiatives for Eagle Partnership’s clients for the different businesses. Be knowledgeable about the products and services offered, Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs, emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems. Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships. Assist in the development of Business Development Plans, Marketing and Sales strategies and development of new and existing client relationships. Participate in pre-bid and pre-job meetings and kickoffs as necessary and in required weekly meetings. Participate in sales meetings and client sales visits. Work closely with the Senior leadership and other key personnel to accomplish sales goals. Experience Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to execute events flawlessly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
