The Enrollment Coordinator reports to the Online Coordinator Team Manager. This position is critical in the recruitment process for prospective online students, serving as the first point-of-contact for learners interested in fully online degree programs. The Enrollment Coordinator must possess a naturally enthusiastic and positive attitude, great communication skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multitask in a fast paced, contact center type environment, work effectively in team environment and independently, and accept and provide effective feedback to ensure all prospective students receive world class customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Works in fast paced, contact center type environment as the first point-of-contact for prospective students, accepting inbound calls promptly and making outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Asks questions and actively listen to prospective students to ensure world class customer service. 40% Warm transfer and/or schedule appointments electronically with Enrollment Concierge team, collect and input accurate and detailed information into CRM to avoid errors and ensure positive customer relations, utilize all required systems and software, ensure proper database management. 20% Maintains daily/weekly performance expectations provided by leadership in order to meet weekly/monthly benchmarks and overall individual and team goals. 20% Demonstrates strong telephone and email communication and etiquette. Maintains composure during moments of stress and maintains a helpful disposition at all times. Communicates barriers and needs to manager to ensure proper support, resources, and training is provided. 10% Participates in continual professional development, working to ensure high levels of customer service excellence. 5% Other duties as assigned. 5%
