Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Manager, your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service during charity events. Mastering the fundamentals of non-profit services, focusing on direct client interactions. Acting as an ambassador for our charity clients’ products and services, ensuring their needs are met with top-tier customer service. Collaborating with the management team to continuously improve customer service standards and meet client expectations. Engaging in ongoing training and development, designed to enhance professional expertise in customer service and management. Communicating effectively with the management team to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer service issues.
