This position involves overseeing the customer service team, managing daily operations, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and grocery store operations, along with excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively. Duties Supervise and train customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage daily operations of the customer service department, including scheduling and performance evaluations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Collaborate with sales management to align customer service initiatives with overall business goals. Monitor cash handling processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Conduct interviews for new hires within the customer service team, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates. Maintain administrative records related to customer interactions, feedback, and service metrics. Skills Strong interviewing skills for effective recruitment of team members. Ability to sell products and services while providing excellent customer support. Knowledge of pricing strategies relevant to grocery store operations. Proven experience in sales management within a retail or grocery environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
