A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR FIELD SERVICE MANAGER
As the Field Service Manager, your day begins in our central office, where you coordinate with technicians and prepare for the day’s challenges. You actively engage in troubleshooting in the field, guiding your team to resolve issues efficiently. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that dispatch allocates the right technician to each job is also essential. Your leadership promotes a positive and productive environment, ensuring high standards of service are met consistently.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS HEATING AND COOLING POSITION
Experience as a service manager
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong understanding of both the field and office operations
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time heating and cooling role with varying shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM. Overtime is available as needed! Ready to elevate your career?
