The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment service, with experience in mobile cranes and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to managing equipment needs, ensuring optimal performance, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead all service operations including customer relations and P&L budgeting Ensure superior aftermarket service and support for parts, technical service, and related customer requirements Oversee technician’s work area and prioritize work orders Negotiate warranty settlements and administer product warranty program Coordinate efforts with sales & marketing staff

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Degree preferred Minimum of five years of experience in heavy construction equipment management or product support Experience with mobile hydraulic and crawler cranes required Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills:
