- for a Mobile Crane Service Manager .
This is a full-time, direct hire position in this specific geographic area!
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver premium aftermarket support through parts availability, technical service, and responsive customer solutions Deploy skilled technicians to resolve field issues with installation, operation, repairs, and modifications Manage warranty program including settlements, administration, and supplier relations Implement and oversee Service Bulletins and Product Improvement Programs Resolve customer inquiries regarding parts, service, and warranty concerns Maintain effective supplier relationships while coordinating with sales and marketing teams Drive growth of product support business and reimbursable service work Contribute to strategic business planning initiatives
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five (5) years of management or product support experience of mobile crane / heavy construction equipment . Experience with mobile hydraulic and crawler cranes required; preferred crane experience includes: Grove
RT & TMS
Cranes; Grove GMK European Cranes; Manitowoc EPIC and/or Traditional Cranes; National Boom Trucks .
Preferred:
