Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and work a flexible schedule that includes weekends. Hours of operation are 7:30am-7pm Mon-Sat, 8:30am-6pm Sun. Excellent customer service, situational awareness, strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and able to motivate and engage with employees. Previous knowledge of carwash industry preferred
Job Description:
Responsible for the opening and/or closing of the location, ensuring excellent customer service standards while establishing a trusting relationship with customers and employees, completing daily task checklist, property cleanliness, deposits, overseeing department operations, training of new employees on job duties, employee corrective action and scheduling.
