Showroom Manager Regal Floor Covering Fall River, MA 02724 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for helping customers, managing and ensuring that our showroom provides an inviting and efficient shopping experience. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of showroom operations. •Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment that enhances the customer experience. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping atmosphere. Handle administrative tasks such as sending customers proposals, scheduling jobs, writing up work orders, and placing material orders Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of teamwork. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or in the flooring industry in general •Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
