The Account Coordinator is a personable, professional individual who will provide administrative support and services to the Account Representatives and Benefit Consultants.

This is a part-time (20 to 25 hours a week) role. What You’ll Do Provide administrative support to the Account Representatives. Scanning and reconciling reports. Updating files. Providing customer service. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Minimum of 1 year of related administrative service experience preferred. High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. Experience in the employee benefits or insurance industry a plus. Must be able to work independently, work on multiple projects concurrently and perform multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Adept at accessing business data from the Internet when required. Excellent customer service skills.
