About the
Role:
We are seeking a motivated, self-directed Client Success Manager to support our day-to-day operations and act as the right hand to the business owner. This is a remote position where youll be responsible for customer communication, estimates, scheduling, and maintaining an exceptional client experience.
This role blends customer service, sales, and administrative supportand is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and professionally.
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday:
8:00 AM 5:00 PM (EST)Fixed salary, paid biweekly or monthly (based on agreement)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, texts and emails with new, current, and former clientsInput and maintain customer data in our CRM systemPrepare and send text, email, and phone estimates for services like lawn mowingSchedule services (mowing, consultations, and walkthroughs for landscaping)Maintain confidentiality and data security with all client informationUse social media platforms to help attract and engage customersProvide administrative and operational support directly to the business ownerTake initiative and solve problems independentlyAdapt to additional duties as the business grows
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (excellent verbal and written skills)Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative supportStrong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy:
CRM systems, email, text, scheduling tools, and social mediaAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyTrustworthy and reliable with access to a professional remote work setupPreferred (Not Required):
Familiarity with lawn care or landscaping servicesExperience using platforms like Jobber, Housecall Pro, CopilotCRM or similarSocial media marketing experience
