The successful individual must have a print background, strong interpersonal skills and be customer oriented. This is a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team work. We pride ourselves on the quality of the products and services we provide.

Key duties include:

Supervising customer service, design and customer relations functions Participating in customer communications, order entry, file transfer and pricing Working with customers to ensure their graphic design requirements and/or file modifications are properly executed Overseeing workflow and coordinating with production functions to ensure smooth order processing Ordering materials from vendors as needed Supporting production functions as required Participating in pricing evaluations and making the necessary modifications in coordination with owner Participating in developing and implementing strategies to ensure centers continued growth Key skills Strong Print and design background Knowledge of Abobe products and InDesign in particular Supervisory skills including implementing company processes Customer focused and able to build customer relationships Strong computer skills and able to learn operational software Strong interpersonal skills Strategic thinker Energetic with a get it done attitude Team player Willing to pitch in where ever needed Organized and structured in approach This is a full-time position with hours of 8:00 to 4:30 (no weekends).
