Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Baystate Wine & Spirits is a family-owned and rapidly growing beverage wholesaler with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We proudly serve Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, partnering with top-tier suppliers and customers across the region. We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a friendly “people person” who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys taking initiative. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all customer service requests via Monday.com Monitor and manage the customer service email inbox Answer and route incoming phone calls to the sales office Enter customer phone orders accurately and efficiently Stay informed on current promotions and deal structures Set up new customer accounts in the VIP software system Receive and log incoming deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Enter weekly sample orders for reps, managers, and suppliers
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Tech-savvy; experience with Monday.com and VIP software is a plus Eagerness to grow and take on additional responsibilities over time Why Join Us?
