We are a growing automotive group with room for advancement. We are looking for applicants with a solid customer service background and call center or appointment setting skills. Job Responsibilities:

Scheduling appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recalls. Effectively listen and communicate with our service customers Making outbound calls pertaining to follow up, appointment reminder and other service-related calls. Respond to email and text inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Other duties as assigned.
