Job Description
The Lead Service Specialist assists the Supervisor or Manager in leadingthe workflow of the Service Specialists. Will accurately communicatewith client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlinesand challenges. Essential Job Responsibilities Assign production tasksto team members Work independently on production assignments, in a swingshift, often at a satellite copy center without direct supervisionEnsure all projects have been properly completed and quality checkedWork to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damagedpackage, untimely deliveries Assist management with training new hireson all processes Other duties include, mail, distribution services,copy, print, records, facilities, reception, hospitality servicesScanning & Imaging firm IP Mail with desktop scanners and DocSolidsoftware. Research client matter profile information and assign todocuments before releasing to client paralegal. Qualifications ℜquirements High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years workexperience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanningenvironment Ability to lead others in a professional manner Strongwritten and verbal communication skills with ability to resolvecomplaints Ability to multitask with attention to detail Workingknowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.or greater Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extendedperiod of time Weekdays 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with occasional Overtime orearly shifts
