Job Summary Senior Client Success Manager to $150K – Remote role! Our client, a biotechnology consultant, is seeing a Senior Client Success Manager to join their team! In this role, the Senior Client Success Manager is responsible for overseeing patient engagement programs and will be responsible for 15+ accounts. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of management experience and 8+ years of client success or account management experience.

Responsibilities include managing a book o f business to oversee programs throughout the program lifecycle, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports, delivering program status reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, monitoring program execution and performance, maintaining and organizing client data within CRM systems, and more.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on PowerPoint, proficient with CRM software including Salesforce, is an excellent communicator, operates with integrity, and is committed to working as a team to solve problems and promote improvement.
