If that sounds like you, read on —because this isn’t your average admin job. About the Role As the Listing Manager on our Client Care Team, you’ll be the bridge between dream homes and happy clients. You’ll manage all the moving pieces from the moment they are excited to accept an offer. From coordinating staging and photography to crafting listing content and updating clients, you’re the glue that holds the listing experience together. You’ll collaborate closely with agents, vendors, and clients—bringing warmth, structure, and clarity to every step of the process. What You’ll Do Serve as the go-to person for sellers during the listing process. Coordinate home prep, vendors, staging, photography, and open houses. Create engaging, compliant MLS listings and social media content. Deliver white-glove customer service that turns clients into raving fans. Keep databases and internal systems up-to-date and organized. Ensure smooth handoff to the Transaction Manager once an offer is accepted.
You Bring:
A positive, proactive attitude and a client-first mindset. 3+ years in customer service, preferably with a project management twist. Exceptional communication and people skills. A love for checklists, systems, and getting things done right the first time . Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM tools. A real estate license—or willingness to get one.
