No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our growing Sales Team. The Account Coordinator’s responsibility is to assist in the day-to-day management & growth of assigned accounts. Governed by the goals and objectives of the appointed members of the Account Management team, the Account Coordinator will help Account Managers maintain a high level of awareness and professional communication with key customer contacts as needed. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Initiating proactive customer communication via phone call, email and text. Fielding incoming calls and responding to customer email inquiries. Preparing customer quotes and other account service and growth-related communications and correspondence. Participating in and documenting customer discussions during meetings and conference calls. Obtaining and reviewing vendor quotes. Verifying product specifications Maintaining and sharing accurate records of customer communications. Preparing for and participating in daily Pod/Sales Huddles. Preparing for and participating in weekly marketing meetings. Gathering customer data and inputting customer profile information across various internal systems. Assisting in customer qualification and segmentation. Successfully coordinating the process of customer onboarding. Performing other duties as needed for the Keep Supply team to be successful. Taking ownership and responsibility for your own workload and the workload of the team.
Requirements:
