Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where every day is different and there is always a new challenge to overcome. We need a Service Manager who will oversee the entire service department and who can ensure top-notch customer service, efficient workflow, and high-quality repairs. What you will be responsible for: Lead, motivate, hire & train a team of service technicians and support staff Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all service and repair jobs Interact directly with customers, explaining repairs, recommending maintenance, and ensuring satisfaction Manage work orders, ensure timely completion, and maintain high service standards Ensure compliance with OEM warranty and service protocol Maintain a safe, clean and organized service shop

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a powersports, automotive or similar service management role Technical background with motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides Proven leadership and team-building skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and customer relations OEM certifications or training a plus
