WHAT WE DO

Our Thrive Center is a short term mental health residential treatment program, diverting individuals from hospitalization. We provide intensive therapeutic services for clients, including clinical case management, therapy, group opportunities, and medication management. Our clients benefit from a collaborative treatment team in receiving individualized care tailored towards their needs. At ReDiscover, while every day is different, a typical day may include the following roles and responsibilities: Direct supervisory responsibilities including supervision of assigned department staff based upon the needs of the department. This includes ongoing follow-up, coaching and professional development as required. Coordinates the scheduling of our twenty-four (24) hour residential sites to ensure shift coverage; including working scheduled shifts that do not have coverage Actively participates in the assigned employees’ lifecycle, including the hiring, on-boarding, training and all other functions to foster and support employee success with ReDiscover. Follows all the direct care guidelines and agency policies Demonstrate culturally competent respect for all clients, guests and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors and assists them as needed. Safeguards Protected Health Information (written and electronically) and maintains confidentiality. This may include providing written documentation, scanning and/or uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This may also include requesting and/or releasing client information or medical records. We are focused on your development and will spend time helping you continue to grow as a Counselor Tech Supervisor. However, here are some things that you will need prior to starting with

Availability to work a part-time schedule (24 hours a week), 7:00am to 7:30pm, Saturday and Sunday High School Diploma or GED Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling preferred At least two (2) years experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting. Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite.
