Role Description:
The Client Success Senior Managerwill report to the Client Success Senior Director and work closelywith the client leadership team on results delivery, ensuring highlevels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have aminimum of 7 years of experience in project management, clientrelationship management, and data analytics. The Client SuccessManager should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managemultiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
They should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention todetail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolvingissues. The successful candidate should have a deep understandingof the Marketing Effectiveness and analytics industry and be up todate with the latest trends and developments. They should be ableto interpret data and analytics insights and present them in aclear and concise manner to clients. The Client Success Managershould be a team player and possess effective communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams. What you will bring to the role:

Project Management:
Helps to ensure projects run to timeand scope, especially if they are responsible for specific elements(e.g. specific brands, markets).
Quality Assurance:
Follows qualityassurance process to ensure results are right first time, andimplements any improvements to the process.
Data & Analytics:
Usesdata and analytics skills to create a strong overarching story.
Will be expected to present to a variety of clients.
Storytelling:
Is a good data storyteller who can explain complex insights at asimple, impactful level to a CMI / Analytics audience.
Gain TheoryInteractive:
Understands what Gain Theory Interactive shows and canguide client through the platform and its various modules. Leads onaccess and permissioning.
Operational Excellence:
Follows GTOperational Excellence design to the letter and highlights anyplaces where the process could be improved.
Financial:
ClientGrowth:
Looks for opportunities to drive profitable growth forclients and works as part of the team to make them happen.
ClientValue:
Understands how we track value at Gain Theory and leadsvalue capture process.
Client Profitability:
Understands howdecisions made impact client profitability and is expected toimplement ideas to make processes more efficient, change pricingstructures, or drive growth.

MSA:
Understands the MSA and works under it, notbreaking any rules and holding clients to what they have agreed.
New Business:
Is involved in new business pitches and understands &implements new business Opex process.

SOWManagement:
Knows project SOW inside out and spots where scopecreep is happening. Is expected to manage scope creep with limitedescalation to senior client team.
Client Satisfaction:
Supports onplans to drive client satisfaction and will be expected to focus onspecific areas to help the overall picture.
Stakeholder Management:
Tracks stakeholders so we have a good view of who our stakeholdersare and what their levels of advocacy and influence are. Growsnetwork at their level (e.g. brand / marketing managers, mediaagencies).
Risk Mitigation:
Understands risk mitigation process andhighlights any issues early.
Thought Leadership:
Gain TheoryKnowledge:
Has a solid knowledge of all Gain Theory solutions andcan talk high level to a client on any solution.
Client IndustryKnowledge:
Maintains a solid understanding of their clientsindustries, keeping up to date with key trends and seekingopportunities for growth.
Marketing Effectiveness IndustryKnowledge:
Maintains a good understanding of the marketingeffectiveness industry and understands Gain Theorys place in theindustry.

Clients, Client Success GroupData, Analytics and Operations Practice Areas, New Business andStrategy The base salary range for this position at the time ofthis posting is indicated below. Individual compensation variesbased on job-related factors, including location, business needs,level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
