As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs while maintaining inventory and supporting sales initiatives. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with inquiries. Perform automotive diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels, organizing products, and conducting regular audits. Support sales management efforts by promoting products and services to meet customer needs. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Help with hardware store sales as needed.
