Key Responsibilities:

Client Concierge

  • Be the warm, go-to contact for new and current clients. Answer inquiries, coordinate calls, and follow up with style and substance. CRM Wizard
  • Keep contact records fresh, log relationship notes, and make sure our team always has the context they need. Calendar Commander
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team—so they can focus on closing, not chasing invites. Follow-Up Extraordinaire
  • Check in with clients post-sale, send thank-you notes and gifts, and make sure every interaction feels intentional. Sales Team Supporter
  • Prep templated materials, organize meetings, and keep the team aligned with reminders and Elevate chats. Culture Contributor
  • Greet office guests, help with new hire onboarding, track supplies, and support small celebrations that keep our vibe alive. Salary :

$40,000

  • $50,000 (Kansas City market rate, based on experience). 100% In-Office
