Full Job Description Job Description:
Client Success Manager The CSM is in charge of handling the behind the scenes work for the client as it pertains to data, print / production and mailing. They’re in charge of facilitating the print and mail process for clients, through multiple vendors. The CSM may also be tasked with additional projects to support the growth of the client and the company. These tasks may involve research and development, product design, marketing and sales support.
Client Success Manager Job Duties:
Service multiple clients concurrently Communicates client needs and to colleagues internally•via email and Task Planner to ensure consistent service Creative Design Sales Support Provides planning, support, execution and tracking of the print and mail process Keep records of client data through its cycle of use Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion Point of contact for assigned clients
Client Success Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in verbal and written formats Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously PC skills•Typing / Microsoft / Adobe / CRM•Database Time management Listening skills Negotiation skills Presentation skills

Work Environment:
The work environment consists of exposure to physical conditions typical of a normal office environment.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of a Customer Care Specialist, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision.
