Louis Area Ford Dealer is seeking a Automotive Service Manager who is up for a challenge and ready to take the department to a whole new level. The ideal candidate will be a high-caliber individual that will grow with us and foster a positive work environment for our service team. We are a family owned automotive group where we listen and care for our employees!

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a productive workforce by managing and hiring team members Resolving service desk problems in person or over phone to maintain customer retention, satisfaction and positive overall experience Versatile in all products and services Cost controls with profitable objectives Following and implementing processes and procedures Maintenance of all service records Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is managed efficiently Understanding of industry and OEM regulations, restrictions, and laws Detail oriented with the ability to multitask Building customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

Organized and friendly personality Previous Ford Service shop management preferred or Dealer experience Demonstrated ability to manage others Time management skills Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean and valid driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
