• Position Overview:

• As the Major Tasks Responsible for the Product Supply relationship, you will be at the forefront of strengthening relationships with Retail, Independent Retail, and Field Sales for assigned accounts.

Your role will involve analyzing account history and building annual operational plans to support the achievement of account and Bayer business targets. You will influence account behavior to align with Sales and Operational business plans, implement continuous improvements in operational efficiency, and provide value-added services to enhance customer experience and induce loyalty. Your responsibility will include ensuring Operational Excellence within Product Supply processes and advising accounts on product updates and marketing programs. You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize orders and product deliveries, seek customer feedback to improve satisfaction, and manage resolutions for complaints and errors. Your innovative approaches will drive efficiency, reduce resolution rates, and elevate the customer experience.

• YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Strengthen relationships with Retail, Independent Retail, and Field Sales for assigned accounts; + Analyze account history and build annual operational plans to achieve business targets; + Influence account behavior to support Sales and Operational business plans; + Implement continuous improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience; + Provide value-added services to enhance customer experience and induce loyalty; + Ensure Operational Excellence within Product Supply processes; + Advise accounts on product updates, marketing, and operational programs; + Optimize orders and product deliveries to meet marketing timing needs; + Seek customer feedback to track satisfaction and identify solutions for gaps; + Manage research, resolution, documentation, and communication for complaints and errors; + Collaborate with Customer Process Coordinators for transactional requests resolution; + Identify and deliver cross-functional solutions to achieve Operational Excellence.

• WHO YOU ARE

• Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: + BS/BA preferably in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline; + 5+ years of professional experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, Operational, or Agricultural fields; + Self-motivated, results-oriented with a process improvements mindset; + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; + Excellent teamwork skills to achieve common goals; + Strong customer service and influencing skills with excellent written and verbal communication; + High agility in a fast-paced environment and ability to work effectively in a matrix environment; + Problem-solving and decision-making ability based on data and analytical prowess.
