This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of store operations. As a Manager in Training, you will work closely with experienced managers to learn the ins and outs of effective store management, customer service, and team leadership. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about retail and aspire to grow within the company. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Support inventory control processes, including stock management and product ordering. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records. Train and supervise team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Implement organizational strategies to enhance store performance and meet sales goals. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and operational improvements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Previous experience in store management or retail operations is preferred but not required. Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
