Job Description
Emerging network solutions is working with Enterprise and Government clients to complete installation and maintenance of networking technologies such as Starlink, Cradlepoints, WiFI AP’s, Cameras and network cabling. As a small company our Client Services Manager position will have a wide range of roles to include
- interfacing with the clients on project progression
- implementing processes and procedures for each client account
- onboarding vendors
- helping write RFQ’s and RFI’s for Government contracts
- maintaining invoicing and billing for client accounts
- scheduling and time reporting for client projects
- resolving client concerns and questionsThis position will require a highly motivated individual with good communication skills that knows our clients come firstand is willing to do what it takes to help us grow as a company and bring on future clients.
