JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective:
The Commercial Service Division Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial Service division. They are responsible for managing, planning and administering policies and goals for the division ensuring projects are completed in timeframes allotted, within budget, and quality work is completed. They also are responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, leading service teams, and setting budgets and financial goals for the division.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full- time position with work hours on Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, some evenings and weekends as needed. Required Qualifications/Experience 10 plus years of commercial Service experience Must pass drug and background screens Valid drivers license and insurable through company insurance carrier EPA Certified Valid North Carolina contractors

Microsoft Office:

Attends training and participates in classes Fully participates in company safety program including but not limited to attendance of applicable safety meetings Utilizes all safety precautions and wear appropriate safety equipment at all times Operate company vehicle following all safety standards and applicable laws Clean company vehicle as needed, including exterior washing and interior cleanings. Vehicle should be kept free of trash, debris, unused food and drink. Vehicle interior should be swept free from excess dirt. Arrive at work on time, stay late as needed Monitor all operations and profitability of the 4 commercial service departments Work with field supervisor over commercial projects and personnel training needs. Renew contracts with coordinator, check profitability, reprice as needed Assist with quoting of repairs Assist with parts identification and ordering Supervise service and maintenance crews Work with customer service to assist with dispatching as needed Review call summaries, XOI, and safety forms daily Review employee progress Recruit potential Gentry employees for all positions. Approve spend plans for maintenance sales Attend leadership and planning meetings and implement with field. Assist with budgets and planning for future Meet with customers as needed
