This role ensures customer satisfaction through effective planning, coordination, and communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements. Lead project kickoff meetings and develop implementation plans. Oversee contract review, pricing, budgeting, and scheduling. Manage project setup in IFS and coordinate documentation (change orders, invoices, subcontracts). Collaborate with engineering, permitting, environmental, and procurement teams. Coordinate schedules with customers and subcontractors. Monitor risk, budget, and schedule impacts; manage customer expectations. Provide monthly updates and revenue forecasts. Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience:

High School Diploma with 5+ years in construction or energy industries, or BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 2+ years of industry experience. PMP Certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in English (reading and communication). Proficient in standard office software. Ability to read and interpret construction documents. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk for 3-4 hours at a time. Travel required (30%+); must be able to drive a company vehicle and/or fly commercially.
