Job Description:
Akey member of the Real Estate Solutions Senior Leadership Team, responsible foroverseeing the strategic planning process, and optimizing the customer experience across the matrix organization. Engage the Real Estate Senior Leadership team to ideate strategy and ensure execution to plan, reducing friction and pivoting based on attainment to goal and market conditions. Play an active role during the annual goal setting and playbook processes. Develop and maintain Balanced Scorecards to track performance, translating strategic goals into operational execution. Lead strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product adoption strategies, and customer engagement programs. Ensure strategic alignment across the matrix organization to drive growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience and optimize touchpoints. Ensure effectiveness in key processes, tools, and governance structures from the lens of the customer. Measure and report on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis the progress of process efficiencies across the matrix organization. Develop and manage Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives, ensuring continuous feedback loops for improvement.
Job Qualifications:
10+ years in relevant strategic or operational roles. Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field. Experience in Proptech, Residential Real Estate Services, B2B SaaS, or Platform Marketplace companies. Familiar with B2B2C models, particularly selling to brokers who serve agents.
