The Culinary Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store primarily focused in the BOH. This includes but is not limited to: Assisting in hiring, training, and supervising employees Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality food and excellent customer service Managing inventory and ordering supplies Assisting in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Handling customer complaints and resolving issues Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized store
