Client Services Manager – Hendersonville – Up to $26 DOE
PrideStaff is recruiting a Client Services Manager on 1st Shift for a Financial Office in Hendersonville

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all client interactions and build strong, lasting relationships.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all financial matters.
Assist a Certified Financial Planner in all aspects of their work.
Generate and run various financial reports.
Facilitate the opening of new investment accounts.
Process the transfer of financial accounts into the firm.
Manage and maintain license and registration requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and firm policies.
Perform all administrative duties, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Open, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Adhere to strict federal regulated guidelines.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven client relationship management experience.
Demonstrated ability to maintain financial confidentiality.
Experience assisting financial professionals with account management.
Understanding of financial license/registration and compliance.
Proficient in general office administrative duties.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
