Our flagship product, the AutoUA® Quantitative Urinalysis System, revolutionizes urine testing by providing more accurate, reproducible, and interference-resistant results than traditional dipsticks. Role Summary We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to lead client deployments of the AutoUA® system and manage our GPO relationships. You will coordinate project plans, collaborate with partners, and ensure smooth implementation while serving as a key liaison for contract management with Premier GPO and other group purchasing organizations.

Key Responsibilities Project Management:

Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables for new client installations Coordinate with the instrument, LIS software, and water system partners for system integration Organize and facilitate client planning sessions to properly allocate resources Support clients throughout the onboarding process for optimal client satisfaction Maintain project documentation and close communication with our team and client stakeholders

GPO Contract Management:

Serve as liaison between Sciteck and Premier GPO and other group purchasing organizations Monitor contract compliance, pricing structures, and reporting requirements Prepare and submit required documentation for GPO contract maintenance Track contract performance metrics and prepare quarterly/annual reviews Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate contract implementation Identify opportunities to optimize GPO relationships and expand contract coverage Support contract renewal processes and negotiations as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (any field, Life Sciences preferred but not required) Experience in healthcare or diagnostics is preferred Project management experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with contract management or GPO relationships is beneficial Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with external partners and internal teams Why Join Us? Sales and Customer Support. To fully support the sales staff, perform logistical functions, including setting up conferences, team meetings, and arranging travel for all staff. Computer skills are a must. Computer Skills are a must to enthusiastically greet, meet, and support customers in sales and service.

Office duties include:

Mon -Fri 9 am to 6 pm. Taking calls from clients, supporting them, and the sales staff.
