Our HQ is in South End Charlotte, NC and we are an in-office position 4 days a week. Salary is $55,000 – $70,000 based on experience and knowledge. Spotlight Marketing + Branding is a marketing agency that provides services such as organic content (like blog, newsletter, social media) and paid social ads. What we stand for is helping our clients (mainly lawyers) get better clients, not just more. We are looking for Client Success Managers (Account Strategists) who will help deepen client loyalty, reduce churn, proactively solve problems, and contribute to new business growth by delivering a consistently exceptional client experience. Your mission? Turn satisfied clients into Raving Fans by building strong relationships and delivering real value. Examples of the skills/duties we are looking for: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and making sure they’re happy Proactively reaching out and connecting with clients on a regular basis Marketing knowledge Creating, maintaining, and sending client satisfaction surveys to measure possible areas of improvement Providing support to client requests with friendly, accurate, and timely information Performing administrative duties, such as mailing, calendaring, and telephone or video communication Building a rapport with clients and making sure they understand and are aligned with our service strategy Identifying red flags and resolving Conflicts Showing Appreciation (gifts, loyalty program) Responding to the concerns and inquiries of clients Documenting all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures Do you need to be amazing at everything above? Not necessarily, but the more the better!
Absolute Requirements:
Attention to Detail Customer Service Experience Client-oriented Problem-solving skills Digital Marketing Understanding Hours and How to Apply This is a remote position, so you will need a reliable computer and internet connection. Typical hours are
M-F, 8-5 EST.
However, we offer some flexibility with start and end times, and Fridays end at noon! We also offer unlimited PTO.
