Customer Experience Manager:

Deliver Exceptional Service

• Ensure clients receive outstanding home health care with compassion and reliability. Manage & Coordinate Care
• Oversee scheduling, client needs, and service coordination. Build Relationships
• Develop strong connections with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners. Grow & Expand
• Manage and proactively increase your caseload to help more clients in need. Collaborate & Lead
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees. Monitor Performance
• Oversee key metrics and ensure efficient fiscal management of your caseload.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree (Required) Experience in healthcare, home care, or medical office preferred Supervisory experience is a plus Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility & meet goals Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow Strong computer skills (EMR experience a plus!) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
