Job Description
This role is for a client. They are looking to add a person to their team to manage all aspects of their customer support agreements. This role will be Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans for CSA growth, ensuring alignment with company revenue objectives. Lead customer engagement initiatives, including on-site visits, account management, and renewal negotiations. Track and ensure Preventive Maintenance completion for all CSAs to maximize uptime and performance. Partner with Parts and Service Departments to ensure timely delivery and execution of CSA commitments. Develop and oversee CSA performance metrics, tracking sales goals, renewal rates, and service efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience working in service ops, account management, warranty, and sales. Experience working with heavy equipment or industrial machinery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
