Description:
The Customer Service Coordinator II is responsible for delivering a high level of customer support through timely and accurate processing of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints. This role supports a variety of customer accounts across markets and segments and requires precise data entry skills, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Customers:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries (quotations, orders, complaints, information requests, etc.) via phone and email Flex across customers, markets, and segments with a customer-centric approach Maintain attention to detail with order entry and updates Enter and manage customer orders and quotes throughout the fulfillment process Update or modify orders as needed to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Technical Support, Product Line Management, and Data Management to resolve customer requests Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment governed by strict service level agreements
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in customer service and data entry SAP experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Required Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in Business or related field preferred
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively across departments and with customers Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Additional Information
