Minuteman Press is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our growing team and help cultivate long term relationships with current and potential clients. We are a locally owned and operated business looking for an experienced customer-focused candidate. Someone who is self-motivated, outgoing, personable, responsive and organized would excel in this role.

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience working in an Office or Customer Service Environment Excellent basic math and computer skills Superior customer service and problem solving skills Superior written and communication skills Fast paced while maintaining attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

Quoting / Estimating Work Ordering Invoicing Replying to client emails and answering phones Proactively seek to help commercial clients with all their printing Shifting focus to workflow bottlenecks Working closely in a team-oriented environment Assisting in the print production duties as needed The person entering this position will also cross train in other areas of shop operations and small equipment and will be expected to occasionally assist other departments.
