This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in window manufacturing, sales, or repair who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys problem-solving and customer service. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and field teams, handling service requests, warranty claims, and coordinating parts and repairs. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service residential and commercial windows Communicate effectively with customers regarding service and warranty issues Coordinate with internal teams for parts orders and scheduling Maintain detailed records of service visits and customer interactions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in window manufacturing , window sales , or window repair/service Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong customer service mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to window installation/repair Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $22-$26/hr (based on experience) Opportunities for overtime Supportive team environment Apply Today!
