Honda Aberdeen is currentl y seeking a Service Manager to join their team! The Service Manager will plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of Service Advisors, Service Technicians and Lot Attendants to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the following: Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations Attract, develop and retain the very best talent for the Service Department Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under-performing ones Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service What you need to be successful: Automotive service experience is required People oriented-both customers and employees with a positive and energetic personality Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment Desire to coach and train team to exceed their goals Strong written and verbal communications skills
