BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced
- Divisional Client Services Manager
- to lead and support our teams across multiple offices in
- North and South Carolina
- . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, coaching client services teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service to clients and families. This position requires flexibility, a team-first mindset, and the ability to step in where needed to support the day-to-day operations of offices across the division. You’ll work

Key Responsibilities:
- + Provide direct oversight and support to client services teams across multiple offices in the Carolinas.
+ Travel to offices throughout the region to assess needs, support teams, and provide on-site leadership. + Step in to fill client services manager or associate responsibilities when gaps arise (e.g. vacancies, PTO, high census periods). + Ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction by actively supporting offices during staffing transitions or increased demand. + Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing client services staff across the division. + Collaborate closely with clinical, recruiting, and leadership partners to meet service and growth goals. + Champion company values, culture, and best practices throughout the region by providing exceptional customer service to clients and field staff. + Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics and proactively growing it
- Qualifications for a
Client Services Manager:
- + Bachelor degree is required + Prior medical office or home care experience preferred + Prior supervisory experience a plus + Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement) + Must be willing to travel throughout North and South Carolina + Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position + Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record) + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Why you’ll love
