What You’ll Do:

Be the face of the facility

• Assist customers with renting storage units (over the phone & in-person) and ensure they have a seamless experience. Sales with a consultative approach
• Recommend the right storage solutions to meet customer needs (no pushy sales tactics). Manage accounts
• Process payments, handle collections, and oversee auctions if needed. Keep the property in top shape
• Ensure curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. Oversee basic facility operations
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and handle customer concerns professionally. Community marketing
• Promote the facility locally (no cold calls required!

).
