Service Warranty Administrator Uwharrie RV 138 Highway 740 Byp E, Albemarle, NC 28001 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warranty processes and excellent communication skills. Duties Review and process warranty claims in accordance with company guidelines. Communicate with customers regarding claim status and required documentation. Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and customer interactions. Collaborate with service departments to resolve warranty-related issues. Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures related to warranties. Provide training and support to staff on warranty processes as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus. Previous experience in warranty administration or customer service preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with automotive or product warranties is an advantage but not required.
