We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a BDC Service Coordinator . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service appointments at our automotive dealerships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. The BDC Service Coordinator’s performance will be assessed based on established metrics that evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service appointment scheduling.
Compensation:
$14.00 per hour + performance based bonuses (up to $150 per week) Scheduled daily hours: 11 hours (with 1 hour lunch) Office location:

PM Saturday:
7:00 AM – 4:00
PM Schedule Rotation:
Week 1: Work Monday to Thursday, then have Friday through Tuesday off Week 2: Work Wednesday to Saturday, off Sunday Week 3: Work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday and Saturday, off Sunday This 3-week rotation then repeats.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers to schedule service appointments, providing exceptional service at every interaction. Listen attentively to customer inquiries to accurately determine their service needs and schedule appointments accordingly. Utilize the myKaarma scheduling system to book service appointments. Place reminder calls to customers about upcoming appointments and follow up post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership staff. Consistently deliver premium-brand customer service, aiming to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and customer service experience is a plus. Exceptional phone etiquette with a pleasant and engaging demeanor. Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication skills. Strong listening skills with the ability to accurately record and address customer needs. Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $17.29 – $23.35 USD per hour.
