Client Services Manager Job Summary:

The Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of print production, encompassing planning, production, and delivery. This individual ensures that projects are executed promptly, adhere to established quality standards, and remain within the allocated budget. This role entails managing relationships with both vendors and clients. The manager also collaborates with production teams, supervises schedules, and verifies the accuracy of materials and specifications. What you’ll do: Responsible for planning, reviewing, and developing procedures and managing personnel. Distribute all projects among the team while balancing workload by tracking project timing and complexity. Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, support performance, and process procedures. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Assists the company in achieving its initiatives by emphasizing effective project planning and improving production efficiencies. Communicates to all internal stakeholders on risk mitigation and status updates around cost, delays, and quality issues. Works collaboratively to support team initiatives focused on safety, quality, and security. Manage a team of Print and Packaging Account Services Managers. What you’ll bring: Ten+ (10+) years of Printing or related Manufacturing experience, plus a minimum of one (1) year of management experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience. Proven ability to coach and mentor a team to increase impact. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. ERP and Oracle experience is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
