Tiello is partnered with a leading and rapidly growing Commercial Roofing Contractor based in Raleigh,NC, in their search for a Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead and scale their Service Division. This role will play a key part in client relationships, team management, and operational success across service and repair projects.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial roofing experience and a proven background in managing service teams, scheduling, customer communication, and driving division growth. This is a leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who can lead technicians, manage workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Low-Slope & Flat Roofing Systems Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the commercial roofing service department Lead, coach, and schedule a team of service technicians and coordinators Oversee service work orders, emergency calls, and warranty requests Ensure timely and high-quality completion of repairs and inspections Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and serve as main point of contact for service work Review technician reports, job photos, and repair recommendations Coordinate daily operations including dispatch, material procurement, and scheduling Track service KPIs and profitability goals; report on department performance Collaborate with sales and estimating teams on proposals and scopes Ensure full compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and proper documentation Hire, onboard, and train new service staff as the department expands
Qualifications/Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing (service/repair focus preferred) 2+ years of experience managing crews or leading a service team Deep understanding of flat roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod Bit, Built-Up) Excellent communication and client service skills Proficient with service reporting platforms, scheduling software, and mobile technology Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and scopes Valid driver’s license and clean
MVR OSHA 10/30
certification preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
