Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Project Manager to join our fast-paced and future-focused marketing and print solutions team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and project execution for our valued clients. You will work closely with and report to the executive leadership team, focusing on customer engagement and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders, track production, and maintain ongoing client communications Recommend appropriate products/services based on customer needs and budgets Assist in following up on leads from various sources such as phone calls, marketing efforts, and email campaigns Conduct professional business conversations with clients to understand their goals Prepare and track estimates, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication Provide regular updates to clients on order status and schedule changes Execute marketing tasks including mailings, social media, and thank-you cards Support internal reporting, invoice management, and documentation processes Resolve any customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments to ensure job success Oversee projects throughout prepress, production, and delivery stages Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, or administrative roles Proven ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong math, organizational, and time-management skills Familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus
