Fitness Manager LA Fitness 6461 Triangle Plantation Drive, Raleigh, NC 27616 LA Fitness, America’s premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening for a qualified Operations Manager. (Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration).
Responsibilities of Operations Managers include:
Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue. Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service. Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member’s experience. L.A. Requirements for Operations Manager include:
At least one year management experience and a 4 year college degree Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus Customer service skills Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Must be courteous and tactful Exceptional telephone skills Highly organized Must be at least 18 years old This position if full time with benefits. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 am – 6 pm, Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
