The RenewalsManager provides focus and drives consistency in the execution ofvarious customer renewal and revenue retention related matters. Asuccessful Renewals Manager will manage the successful renewalprocess of commercial accounts, as well as aid in efforts ofcustomer success and retention activities.

What You’ll Do:

SupportEgnyte’s volume segment of customers by responding to inboundinquiries related to renewals, including questions around existingsolutions, user quantities, renewal terms, dates, and pricing.

Update quotes and documentation promptly as needed, ensuringaccuracy and consistency throughout the renewal process. Developand implement strategies to enhance revenue retention and mitigatechurn in assigned segmentation of customer base. Maintain & manageterritory level reporting Coordinate a streamlined process andsystematic approach for annual customer renewals with the aim ofincreasing revenue retention and expansion while mitigating revenueattrition and contraction. Collaborate cross-functionally withSales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Finance to gaininsights into customer needs and provide clear status updatesduring the renewal cycle. Keep all systems of record (e.g., CRM,quoting tools) accurate and up to date. Ability to successfullyretain at-risk customer renewals. Facilitate and ensure effectivecommunication between customers and internal teams, directinginquiries to the appropriate resources as necessary. Ensure thatEgnyte’s best practices and methodologies are met on a consistentbasis. Contribute to process improvements and knowledge basedocumentation for common renewal scenarios. Hybrid office model of3 days a week in office Will report directly to Manager ofCommercial Renewals.

Your Qualifications:

2 years of experience inSaaS renewals, account management, or collections role.

Demonstrated success of managing client interactions. Proficiencywith tools like Salesforce, Zendesk and Jira. Highly data-drivenmindset and passion for analytics. A team player comfortableworking independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolvingenvironment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ability tomanage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attentionto detail. Excellent communication skills (writing, listening,phone, documentation). Bachelor’s degree or related experience froman accredited college or university.

Compensation:

Our compensationreflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographiclocations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standardbase pay range for this position across the U.S. is $50k – $70kannually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent onjob-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During theinterview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share moreinformation about the compensation package specific to the role andjob location.
